An Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISO or ISPO) is, simply put, a way to reward early crypto protocol community members with tokens. Sometimes called an “airdrop,” an ISO involves distributing crypto tokens that allow community members to actively use the protocol. Different ISOs manage the distribution of ISO rewards differently. The SundaeSwap ISO will distribute SUNDAE tokens to community members who delegate their ADA to specific stakepool operators, called SundaeSwap Scoopers. SUNDAE can then be swapped for other tokens or deposited with other tokens to add liquidity to the SundaeSwap DEX.
